Ambrian Chairman Robert Adair To Step Down; Successor Identified

LONDON (Alliance News) - Commodity trading services provider Ambrian PLC on Wednesday said Chairman Robert Adair is to step down.

The company said it has identified a successor for Adair and is finalising the terms of his appointment.

Shares in Ambrian were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 3.80 pence.
