LONDON (Alliance News) - Allianz Technology Trust PLC on Thursday said that Director Richard Holway will step down from the firm's board towards the end of 2019.
Holway has been on the company's board since 2007. He will stand for re-election at the trust's annual general meeting on May 22 and if re-elected he will hold his position until he steps down.
Allianz Technology said it will start a process to identify a new director.
Allianz Technology shares were trading up 0.10% at 1,575.60 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
