LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish insurance firm FBD Holdings PLC said Monday the allegations made against Chief Executive Fiona Muldoon have not been upheld after it concluded an independent investigation into the internal allegations.
The company said: "Chief Executive Fiona Muldoon and her management team will continue to develop the business of FBD for the benefit of customers, shareholders and staff with the full confidence and support of the chairman and the board."
The company said the allegations were first revealed by a press enquiry.
Shares in FBD closed up 0.2% at EUR10.05 each Monday.
