(Alliance News) - All Active Asset Capital Ltd on Thursday said London-based software company Mesh Holdings PLC completed a subscription for a further 5,000 ordinary shares in artificial intelligence technology company Sentiance NV on Wednesday.
London-based AAA seeks investment opportunities in the technology, software and artificial intelligence space. It said that as a result of the subscription, MESH now holds 21,333 Sentiance shares, which represents 21.7% of its issued share capital.
Mesh intends to further increase its shareholding in Sentiance in the near term, AAA said.
AAA owns a convertible loan note of EUR3.7 million in Mesh, which can be converted into ordinary Mesh shares at 40 pence per share.
Shares in All Active Asset were up 4.4% at 16.50 pence in London on Thursday.
