Naked Wines PLC, up 16% at 383.45 pence, 12-month range 323.41p-914.00p. The online wine retailer says full-year results in line with its expectations and highlights positive earnings before tax and interest. Sales up 5% year-on-year on constant currency basis and 77% higher compared with two years ago. "Overall I'm pleased that Naked delivered growth following our step change in scale in FY21, and we are well positioned to take advantage of our long-term growth opportunity in the USA," says Chief Financial Officer Shawn Tabak.

Cornerstone FS PLC, up 15% at 20.15p, 12-month range 15.55p-60.00p. Expects to report annual revenue growth of around 38% to GBP2.3 million for 2021, and says strong trading momentum has continued into new year. Revenue in first quarter ended March 31 was GBP946,000, its "highest ever unaudited quarterly revenue". "The board remains confident in the group's prospects," the international payment platform says.

Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd, up 13% at 0.14p, 12-month range 0.065p-0.21p. The Sydney-based oil and gas company says attributable net production 11,756 barrels of oil equivalent in three months to March-end, up 65% from quarter before. Net production of 29,100 barrels of oil equivalent in the first nine months of current financial year already exceeds the 22,284 barrels produced in the entirety of the 2021 financial year. Notes that current prices of both oil and gas have increased since the end of the quarter.

KEFI Gold & Copper PLC, down 30% at 0.84p, 12-month range 0.65p-2.20p. The gold exploration and development company reports oversubscribed fundraise of GBP8.0 million through firm placing of 550.0 million shares at price of 0.8p each and a conditional placing of 450.0 million shares at same price. Placing price represents a discount of 25% against the ten-day volume-weighted average price to Tuesday.
