AIM WINNERS & LOSERS: DP Poland rallies; Xeros gives back some gains

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Wednesday.

AIM - WINNERS

DP Poland PLC, up 16% at 6.10 pence, 12-month range 5.00p-10.50p. Agrees to buy the Domino's Pizza franchise holder in Croatia and reports an annual revenue rise. DP Poland to buy All About Pizza DOO, trading as Domino's Croatia, for about GBP2.4 million, through the issue of 29.8 million shares at 8p per share. As part of the deal, Domino's Croatia Chief Executive Nils Gornall is appointed CEO of all of DP Poland. Turning to DP Poland's results, it recordsa pretax loss of GBP4.3 million in 2021, widened from GBP3.0 million in 2020 for Dominium only. However, the loss was narrowed from a pro-forma GBP8.8 million loss for the whole current group in 2020.

Dillistone Group PLC, up 14% at 23.85p, 12-month range 18.00p-25.90p. The software and services provider says the improved trading performance seen in late months of 2021 continues into 2022, with all products performing broadly in line with - "or better than" - anticipated. Business is trading in line with full-year market expectations. "We are also pleased to confirm that Talentis has continued to grow rapidly, with recurring revenue in Q1 2022 being double that delivered in Q4 of 2021. The current quarter is likely to see a further doubling in which case it will become the fourth successive quarter in which realised recurring revenue has doubled on the previous period," Chair Giles Fearnley adds.

AIM - LOSERS

Xeros Technology, down 15% at 54.21p, 12-month range 32.00p-248.00p. Gives back some of Tuesday's strong gains, when it climbed 97% on the back of a 10-year licensing deal.

Tertiary Minerals PLC, down 7.4% at 0.16p, 12-month range 0.15p-0.38p. Says Managing Director Patrick Cullen has resigned after just 10 months with the mineral exploration and development company. Cullen joined Tertiary Minerals as managing director in September last year. Previously, he was chief executive at AIM-listed Arkle Resources PLC. Tertiary Minerals says it has commenced the search process to find a successor. In the meantime, Cullen's responsibilities will be assumed by other board members, it added.
