LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC on Thursday declared an interim quarterly dividend of 1.375 pence per share and said one of its tenants has been bought out of administration.
The dividend is payable May 31 and will be designated as a property income distribution.
Furthermore, the company said Meridian Metal Trading Ltd, a tenant of the company, has been acquired out of administration by Meridian Steel Ltd - part of Duferco International Trading Holding SA.
Shares in AEW UK closed flat at 82.50 pence on Thursday.
