LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC on Wednesday said it is to end its investment management agreement with AEW UK Investment Management LLP.
In view of the company's performance, AEW is considering future options, including expanding its equity and asset base to achieve full dividend cover "in order to achieve value for shareholders".
Furthermore, other options include considering offers from other parties, or selling the group's portfolio and returning the proceeds to shareholders.
The real estate investment trust will make further announcements in "due course".
AEW UK Long Lease REIT shares were trading up 0.6% at 82.70 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
