AB Foods Appoints Ex-Yum! Restaurants Chief As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed Associated British Foods PLC said on Wednesday it has appointed Graham Allan as non-executive director with immediate effect.

He is currently non-executive director at Intertek Group PLC, where he has been for a year since 2017. Prior to that he was Chief Executive at Dairy Farm International Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings PLC for five years from 2012 to 2017.

Before that, Allan was chief executive officer of Yum! Restaurants International for two years from 2009 from 2011.

Shares in Associated British Foods closed up 1.8% at 2,284.00 pence on Wednesday.
