Asimilar Group PLC - London-based investment company - says its portfolio has a current value of GBP32.3 million, made up of three quoted investments worth GBP26.6 million and five unquoted investments worth GBP5.7 million.
Company is unable to post its accounts by March 31 AIM deadline, London Stock Exchange agrees to extend deadline to June 30. Company expects to publish accounts and half-year results in the week beginning April 26.
