(Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC said on Tuesday it expects to pay a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.175 pence per share on December 18.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register on November 22.
The company said that fourth payment, due in March 2020, will be a "balancing amount", reflecting the difference between the three quarterly dividends of 1.175p each already paid and the payment decided for the full year.
Witan Investment Trust shares closed flat in London at 220.50 pence each on Tuesday.
