LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Investment Trust PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Paul Yates as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The investment company said Yates has 37 years' investment management experience and serves as chairman of the Advisory Board of 33 St James's Ltd.
Yates is also a non-executive director of Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust PLC, Fidelity European Values PLC, and The Merchants Trust PLC.
Prior to that Yates serves as chief executive officer of UBS Global Asset Management UK Ltd and a director of Aberdeen UK Tracker Trust PLC.
Shares in Witan Investment were trading 1.1% lower at 1,053.98 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
