EARNINGS AND TRADING: nanosynth shares remain suspended on AIM

Tue, 03rd Oct 2023 14:03

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

DCI Advisors Ltd - London-based real estate investment trust - Net asset value at June 30 was 10 pence per share, down 9.1% from 11p at December 31. Pretax loss in the first half of the year widened to GBP3.5 from GBP3.4 a year prior. Looking ahead, says its main objectives are to "repay the company's modest borrowings and once it has reserved adequate cash for working capital purposes, to distribute surplus capital to shareholders although it is too early to predict when the first distribution will be made."

----------

Westminster Group PLC - London-based provider of security services, for sensitive places such as ports, airports and commercial buildings - Pretax loss in the first half of the year narrows to GBP287,000 from GBP787,000 a year prior as cost of sales decreases 37% to GBP1.2 million. Revenue falls by 10% to GBP3.5 million from GBP3.9 million the year before. Looking ahead, says it expects to deliver growth for the remainder of 2023.

----------

nanosynth group PLC - London-based digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer, formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Does not publish its results for the first half of 2023 on deadline of September 30. Shares remain suspended from trading on AIM. Plans to release its 2022 full-year results and interim results for the first six months of 2023 together.

----------

Future Metals NL - West Perth-based exploration company, focused on the Panton platinum group metals project in Australia - Pretax loss for the year ended June 30 widens to AUD7.3 million, or GBP3.8 million, from AUD7.3 million a year prior as exploration expenditure rises 63% to AUD4.9 million.

----------

Boston International Holdings PLC - Special purpose acquisition company - Says it has decided not to proceed with its acquisition of Topic SA. This comes after it had requested to be suspended from the Official List back in April as it was in preliminary discussions with the shareholders of Topic SA for the acquisition of all or the majority of the issued share capital of Topic in exchange for the issue of new Boston Int shares. Topic is a privately-owned, oil and gas exploration and production company, incorporated in Tunisia, with interests in three oil and gas blocks in offshore and onshore Tunisia.

----------

GreenRoc Mining PLC - Expects preliminary economic assessment for Amitsoq graphite project in Greenland and anticipates sending graphite samples to potential offtakers in the final quarter of the year.
