LONDON (Alliance News) - Wishbone Gold PLC on Friday said Align Research Ltd has agreed to provide a research on the exploration company.
Align operates in the research sphere and charges its clients by taking an equity stake in in the companies it researches.
Wishbone will issue 20.0 million shares to Align, worth GBP20,000. Wishbone shares were down 8.0% on Friday at 0.12 pence each.
"Align have provided solid and reputable research on companies in our sector for several years now, and I am pleased to extend Wishbone's relationship with them, providing new and existing investors with an in-depth knowledge and assessment of the company," said Wishbone Chairman Richard Poulden.
