LONDON (Alliance News) - Worthington Group PLC Friday said it is talks with Greenland Mining Management Ltd over a potential offer for Worthington.
Greenland Mining is proposing to invest in a rescue refinancing of Copanhagen Stock Exchange-listed NunaMinerals AS, with a view to that company subsequently making an offer for Worthington. Greenland Mining's sole shareholder and director is Paul Michael Patrick Newman, Worthington said.
Shares in Worthington remain suspended.
