(Alliance News) - Vordere PLC on Friday said it as issued 90.0 million shares at 0.40 pence each to a new Spanish investor for a value of GBP360,000.
The funds will go toward the ramp-up period at its La Parrilla mine.
Vordere is also in advanced stages of finalising a EUR1.0 million additional debt facility, and still expected to receive a EUR5.3 million grant in the first quarter of 2020.
Shares in W Resources closed down 4.2% at 0.34 pence in London on Fiday.
