(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC - Leicester-based watch retailer - Chair and three non-executive directors buy a total of 26,415 shares, worth about GBP179,000, on Thursday last week. Chair Ian Carter buys 15,943 shares at average GBP6.85, while non-executive directors Tea Colaianni, Rosa Monkton and Robert Moorhead buy 4,518, 1,497 and 4,457 shares respectively at GBP6.63 to GBP6.73.

Circassia Group PLC - Oxford, England-based medical device company focused on respiratory diagnostics and monitoring - Leadership team buys 442,928 shares at 28.00p to 29.42p, worth GBP128,337, on Thursday last week and Monday. Executive Chair Ian Johnson buys 200,000 shares and now has 400,000, a 0.1% stake. Chief Financial Officer Michael Roller buys 175,000 shares and now has 375,000. Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Emms buys 67,928 shares and now has 667,928.

Taseko Mines Ltd - Vancouver, Canada-based copper producer - Chief Executive Officer Russell Hallbauer sells 200,000 shares at CAD2.34, worth CAD468,000, about GBP269,298, on Monday in Toronto.

M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Non-Executive Director Colin Jones buys 31,175 shares at 144.10p to 144.62p, worth GBP44,978, on Wednesday and Thursday last week.

TMT Investments PLC - venture capital investor in high-growth technology companies - Head of Investments Artemii Iniutin buys 863,647 shares at USD7.20, worth USD6.2 million, on Thursday last week. Iniutin buys 620,404 of the shares from TMT Head of Strategy German Kaplun and 243,243 shares from an unrelated party. Iniutin now is interested in 3.0 million shares, a 10.2% stake, while Kaplun is interested in 7.3 million, a 24.9% holding.

AVI Japan Opportunity Trust PLC - invests in portfolio of 20 to 30 Japanese stocks - Investment Manager Tom Treanor buys 25,757 shares at GBP1.12, worth GBP28,836, on Monday.

Murray International Trust PLC - global equities managed by Aberdeen Standard - Non-Executive Director Simon Fraser buys 7,500 shares at GBP11.96, worth GBP89,700, on Thursday last week. The purchase is Fraser's only holding.
