LONDON (Alliance News) - Vitec Group PLC said Chair Ian McHoul bought shares worth GBP56,800 in the content creation technology firm in a transaction on Thursday.
McHoul - chair since February - acquired 5,000 shares at 1,136 pence each. Shares in Vitec closed 0.9% lower at 1,130.00p on Thursday.
The acquired shares constitute the entire holding of McHoul in Vitec.
