(Alliance News) - Vordere PLC on Thursday said David Irving was appointed to the board with immediate effect.
The property investment and development company said Irving is currently a principal at Pellam Capital Partners Ltd and was formerly co-chief investment officer at Grainmarket Asset Management.
Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at Magnetar Capital, where he focused on real estate and asset-backed investments across Europe.
Vordere shares are suspended from trading in London, last closing at 10.00 pence each. The company had requested its shares be suspended from Main Market trading in early July so that it could assess its financial position.
