Vodafone unveiled an overhaul of its organisational structure that will see the mobile phone operator bring its Northern, Central and Southern European region into a single division.The newly enlarged unit will be led by Philip Humm, the current head of the Northern and Central European business. In the shake up, which will take place at the start of October, its Turkish business will be slotted into its Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. In another change Paolo Bertoluzzo, head of Southern Europe, will become Group Chief Commercial and Operations Officer. Chief Executive Vittorio Colao said: "These organisational changes will allow us to improve customer experience and develop our commercial strategy more quickly and consistently."Shares in Vodafone were up 0.73% at 198.95 at 13.00 on Thursday.TB
