LONDON (Dow Jones)--Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, which has a 0.42% stake in Vodafone PLC (VOD), will vote against the re-election of John Bond as Vodafone's chairman at its annual meeting Tuesday because of concerns about its "strategic weaknesses" and "disastrous" acquisitions record, the Financial Times reports Wednesday. Seeking a board shakeup, the investor group will also vote against the re-election of John Buchanan as Vodafone's deputy chairman, although it has expressed support for Chief Executive Officer Vittorio Colao, the paper says.
