VietNam Holding Ltd - investment firm focussed on high-growth companies in Vietnam - Arranges for finnCap to conduct a tender offer for up to 30% of the company's shares in issue at a tender price equal to the prevailing net asset value per share once the tender offer is completed, minus a 2% discount
The maximum number of shares to be acquired under the tender offer is 12.7 million shares, and VietNam Holding. Whether the tender offer will go through is subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on August 31.
