(Alliance News) - Volex PLC on Thursday said Executive Chair Nat Rothschild acquired shares in the supplier of power cords.
In a transaction on Wednesday, Rothschild purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 86.83 pence each, totalling GBP86,830.
Volex shares were trading 5.1% higher on Thursday in London at 89.32p each.
Following this purchase, Rothschild holds 36.3 million shares in total, representing over a 24% stake.
