LONDON (Alliance News) - Value and Income Trust PLC on Thursday said its net asset value per share, valuing debt at par, decreased by 5.2% over the course of the six months to September 30 while its share price declined by 6.7%.
The trust invests in "higher yielding, less fashionable areas" of the UK commercial property and equity markets, particularly in medium and smaller sized companies.
Shares in the trust were up 0.9% at 249.75 pence on Thursday morning.
