GlobalData PLC - London-based data analytics and consulting - Chief Executive Officer Mike Danson sells 1.2 million shares, Chair Barnard Cragg sells 100,000 and Nicola Lloyd, an associate of Wayne Lloyd, managing director of GlobalData US, sells 200,000, all at 1,100p on Thursday last week. The disposals are worth GBP16.5 million in total. Danson retains 77.8 million shares, a 65.8% stake. Cragg has 290,000 shares. Wayne Lloyd is interested in 5.1 million shares, a 4.3% holding.

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based firm focused on non-life legacy insurance and program management - CEO Alan Quilter sells 400,000 shares at 175 pence, worth GBP700,000, on Friday last week. Still has 2.5 million shares, a 1.1% stake.

Diploma PLC - London-based seal and cables maker - CEO Johnny Thomson buys 2,690 shares at GBP21.09, worth GBP56,732, on Friday, while Chief Financial Officer Barbara Gibbes buys 773 shares at the same price. The shares were purchased with an amount equal to 50% of their annual bonus, net of tax. Thomson now has 37,246 shares and Gibbes 1,649.

Premier Miton Group PLC - Guildford, Surrey-based asset manager - Senior Independent Director Robert Colthorpe buys 22,205 shares at 134.70p, worth GBP29,910, on Friday last week. Earlier this month, Premier Miton announced that Colthorpe will replace its long-serving chair, Mike Vogel, at the company's annual general meeting on February 3.

The shares are his only holding. Balchin joined XLMedia in February and was promoted to the board in July.
