Volga Gas PLC - oil & gas explorer operating in Volga region of Russia - GEM Capital Holdings (CY) Ltd's 23.71 pence per share cash offer is declared unconditional as to acceptances with 74.3 million acceptances received so far, representing just under a 92% stake.
GEM's GBP19.2 million offer, most recently extended on Tuesday last week, has been extended again and will remain open for acceptances until March 4.
