LONDON (Alliance News) - Ventus 2 VCT PLC Tuesday said Director Alan Moore bought 5,000 D shares at a price of 100 pence each.
Following this transaction, Moore now holds 28,579 shares, 10,400 C shares and 7,525 D shares.
Shares in the investment trust were up 2.1% at 59.22 pence Tuesday.
