(Alliance News) - Vela Technologies PLC on Monday said it had sold its remaining stake in Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC
The technology-focused investment firm said it disposed of 1.4 million shares in the data management and analytics services provider at prices between 3.8 pence each and 5.3p each, amounting to an average sale price of 4.17p each.
Following the sale, Vela no longer holds any Rosslyn shares.
Vela said it will use the GBP59,868 from the sale for general working capital purposes.
Vela shares closed 8.6% lower at 0.048p each on Monday in London. Rosslyn shares closed 5.1% lower at 4.15p each.
