Vela Technologies PLC - AIM-listed investment firm - Sells its entire holding of 310,000 shares in North Peak Resources Ltd between March 24 and April 6 at prices between CAD0.70 per share and CAD0.745 per share, generating net proceeds of CAD226,032, about GBP130,112. Vela expects to report a profit on disposal of GBP76,900. The net proceeds from the disposal will be used by the company to make further investments in line with its investing policy and for general working capital purposes.
