(Alliance News) - Irish software company Kainos Group PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director Tom Burnet will takeover chair role from retiring John Lillywhite.
Burnet will continue to chair the remuneration committee for a short time until a successor is appointed, the company added.
Previously, Burnet served as chief executive officer & chair of ticketing software provider accesso Technology Group PLC and following his retirement from these roles, he continues to serve on the accesso board. Burnet is also non-executive chair of Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust PLC.
Kainos shares were up 2.7% at 435.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
