Ultrasis Finance Director To Depart

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultrasis PLC said Wednesday that Penelope Tembra will be standing down as Finance Director with effect from July 1, 2014.

Tempra is leaving the firm to pursue other career opportunities, said Ultrasis.

The company said it is in discussions with potential replacements for the position.

Shares in Ultrasis were trading 0.90% higher at 0.898 pence per share Wednesday morning.
