LONDON (Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC said Friday it appointed Martin Rowland as non-executive director of the property sale services firm with immediate effect.
Rowland previously served as a non-executive at ULS between 2011 and 2014. Rowland has served in a number of "investment roles" over the last decade, this is after undertaken numerous "operational and strategic roles" in mid-sized and large companies.
"We are delighted to welcome Martin back to the board after a number of years away," ULS Chairman Geoff Wicks said. "Martin brings a wealth of experience with him from a variety of businesses as well as knowledge of ULS. In particular, his acquisition experience will be invaluable as the business looks to continue to grow by acquisition as well as organically. As a qualified accountant Martin will chair the audit committee."
Shares in ULS were 0.5% lower at 77.00 pence on Friday.
