LONDON (Alliance News) - Online B2B platform provider ULS Technology PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Paul Saunders as managing director of its compliance subsidiary Legal Eye Ltd.
Saunders is currently a partner at law firm Shakespeare Martineau LLP, but will leave the business to join Legal Eye on or before November 7. He will replace Jaunita Gobby who will step down in the first half of 2017 once a successful handover is complete.
ULS acquired Legal Eye in 2015 to help the company grow its share of conveyancing work with mortgage lenders and to provide compliance and governance oversight of the company's partner conveyancing firms.

Shares in ULS were trading down 1.5% at 65.00 pence on Thursday morning.
