Carclo PLC - West Yorkshire-based plastic parts manufacturer - Executive Chair Nick Sanders buys 298,057 shares at GBP0.16625 each for GBP49,551 total.

AVI Japan Opportunity Trust PLC - Japan-focused investor - Says investment manager Joe Bauernfreund buys 10,000 shares at GBP1.11 each for total of GBP11,100. Associates of Bauernfreund buy a total of 6,300 shares at GBP1.10 each, paying GBP6,991.

ULS Technology PLC - online B2B platforms provider for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets - Kestrel Partners LLP buys 30,421 shares for its discretionary clients at an average price of GBP0.79 each. Non-Executive Director Oliver Scott is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel. Following the transaction, Kestrel holds 11.8 million shares in the company.
