(Alliance News) - Greencoat UK Wind PLC on Friday said it has completed the acquisition of South Kyle wind farm from Vattenfall Wind Power Ltd.
Greencoat UK Wind is a London-based renewable infrastructure fund, focused on UK wind farms.
The acquisition was first announced in April 2020. The South Kyle wind farm is located near Dalmellington on the boundary of Dumfries & Galloway and East Ayrshire in Scotland.
At the time, it said it bought the Scottish wind farm for GBP320 million.
Shares in Greencoat UK Wind were up 0.2% at 141.93 pence each in London on Friday morning.
