LONDON (Alliance News) - Tungsten Corp PLC Tuesday said Vice Chairman Edmund Truell is transfering 817,802 shares to Non-Executive Director Danny Truell, in exchange for 29.6 A shares in Disruptive Capital Investments Ltd.
Disruptive is a private entity controlled by the Truell family.
550,000 shares were transferred on Tuesday, with the remaining 267,802 shares expected to be settled on or before November 30.
Following this transaction, Edmund Truell and Danny Truell will have beneficial interests in 19.9 million and 1.2 million ordinary shares of the company, respectively, representing 16% and 1% of the total voting rights of the company.
Shares in Tungsten closed up 1.8% at 53.71 pence on Tuesday.
