(Alliance News) - Tissue Regenix Group PLC said Monday Chief Financial Officer Mike Barker resigned for personal reasons and will leave the medical devices company at the end of November.
The company said Group Financial Controller, Kirsten Lund has been appointed finance director and will resume CFO responsibilities with immediate effect. Lund is not being appointed to the board of the company at the current time, Tissue Regenix added.
Chair John Samuel commented: "On behalf of the board I wish Mike well in his future endeavours. Kirsten is an excellent asset to the management team, her knowledge and understanding of the business is invaluable as we look to drive the future growth of the company."
The stock closed down 5.9% at 1.20p on Monday.
