LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

TP Group said Simon Kings, an executive director, bought 471,341 shares at 3.18 pence each on Thursday.
Following the purchase, Kings now holds 871,659 shares, equal to a 0.21% stake.
TP Group on Tuesday said its pretax loss narrowed in 2015 as it focused on boosting margins against a tough market backdrop, particularly amongst energy customers.
TP, which supplies engineering and technology services, said its pretax loss for the year to the end of December was GBP2.2 million, compared to GBP3.9 million a year earlier.
The stock closed up 5.6% at 3.30p Thursday.

FTSE 100 shopping centre landlord Hammerson said Jean-Philippe Mouton, a director, sold 20,133 shares at 582.3 pence each on Thursday. Following the sale, Mouton now holds 245,795 shares. The stock closed down 0.9% at 580.38p Thursday.

Charles Taylor said Chief Financial Officer Mark Keogh bought 10,989 shares in at 273 pence per share on Wednesday. Following the purchase, Keogh holds a total of 27,938 shares, equivalent to a 0.04% stake in the insurer. The stock closed up 5.4% at 275.00p Thursday.
