LONDON (Alliance News) - London-listed TMT Investments PLC on Wednesday said it completed an investment in Vinebox Inc, a 'wine-by-the-glass' club incorporated in Delaware and based in San Francisco.
Members of Vinebox receive three hand-selected wines each month, by the glass, with the opportunity to purchase full-size bottles of their favourites.
No details of the investment were provided.
Vinebox was founded in 2015 by two former corporate attorneys, Matt Dukes and Rachel Vodofsky.
Shares in TMT were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at USD1.96 in London Tuesday.
