TMT Investments PLC - venture capital investor in high-growth technology companies - Executive Director Alexander Selegenev and Macmillan Trading Co Ltd buys 28,572 and 57,143 shares, respectively, at USD3.50 pence each, worth USD300,003 in total. The shares were bought from Eclectic Capital Ltd in London on Thursday.
Macmillan Trading Co Ltd, is owned by Head of Strategy German Kaplun, Head of Investments Artemii Iniutin and Head of Business Development Alexander Morgulchik
Following the transaction, Iniutin will be interested in 12% TMT stake, Kaplun a 24% stake, Morgulchik an 11% stake, and Selegenev an 0.3%.
