Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC - West Sussex-based brick maker - Ryan Mahoney joins board as chief financial officer, as company holds its annual general meeting. Mahoney joins Michelmersh from personal protection systems maker Avon Rubber PLC, where he was deputy CFO. Michelmersh Chair Martin Warner tells the AGM the company is "firmly on track to meet full-year expectations", citing a "strong and balanced order book". Mahoney said production volumes have been ahead of expectations so far in 2021, and the UK construction market remains "very active".

Galantas Gold Corp - Adds Chief Executive Officer Mario Stifano to board. Also adds Brent Omland to board as the nominee of 2.3% shareholder Ocean Partners.

Attraqt Group PLC - London-based software for online shopping - Hires Laura Harnett as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Harnett was director of Strategic Programmes at Selfridges department store. Previously, she was head of Strategy at DIY retailer Kingfisher PLC.

Tlou Energy Ltd - Lesedi gas-to-power project in Botswana - Non-Executive Director Linah Mohohlo dies. Mohohlo had joined the Tlou board in 2017. Tlou says it will review the composition of the board at a later date.
