LONDON (Alliance News) - Tiziana Life Sciences PLC said Friday it filed a registration statement with the US Securities Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its American depositary shares.
The company has applied to have its shares listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The number of ordinary shares to be represented by each American depositary shares, the number of shares be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined, the company said.
The registration statement has not yet become effective, Tiziana added.
Tiziana shares were trading 7.5% higher at 38.80 pence each.
