(Alliance News) - Thor Mining PLC on Thursday confirmed it is in the process of undertaking a fundraise and will make further announcements in due course.
The miner made the announcement following "recent speculation to a potential fundraising transaction by way of an equity fund raise".
The stock closed down 6.9% at 0.349 pence on Thursday in London, having fallen 30% over the past week alone.
