(Sharecast News) - Utility services group Telecom Plus said it had sold two non-core business as it refocuses operations.
The company on Friday offloaded its wholly-owned meter operator, UW Home Services its 75%-owned boiler installation business, comprising Glow Green Ltd and Cofield Ltd.
Neither disposal is expected to have a significant impact on group profits in 2022 or on an ongoing basis, it added.
