DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Severn Trent Senior Executive Sell Shares

(Alliance News) - Severn Trent PLC on Wednesday said Managing Director Andy Smith and an associate of Director Tony Balance bought shares on Tuesday.

Smith, managing director of business services, sold 10,510 shares at GBP26.05 pence each for a total amount of GBP273,785.

Rebecca Ballance, an associate of Director of Strategy & Regulation Ballance, sold 3,497 shares at GBP26.05 each for a total amount of GBP91,096.

Shares in the FTSE 100-listed water utility firm closed 0.9% lower at 2,591.00 pence each on Wednesday in London.
