Sure Ventures PLC - London-based investment and venture capital company - Net asset value per share rises 8.9% to 128.9 pence in first quarter, from 118.3p at end of December. Notes 26%-owned Sure Valley Ventures sees NAV per share rise to EUR1.47 from EUR1.33. Pires Investments PLC notes announcement. Pires has roughly 20% interest in Sure Valley Ventures.
