LONDON (Alliance News) - Shield Therapeutics PLC said on Friday that Chief Medical Officer Mark Sampson and his wife Julia have purchased shares in the company on Thursday.
Mark bought 22,875 shares at a price of 87.5 pence per share, for a total of GBP20,015. Meanwhile, Julia acquired 22,042 shares for 90.7p each, worth GBP19,992.
Following these transactions, the Sampsons now hold 83,701 shares in the iron deficiency-focused pharmaceutical firm.
Shares in Shield Therapeutics closed 2.3% higher at 90.50p on Friday.
