LONDON (Alliance News) - Stilo International PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Chairman David Ashman bought 475,000 shares.
Ashman purchased the shares at 3.7 pence each for a total of GBP14,250 in a transaction concluded on Tuesday.
Following the purchase, Ashman and people associated with him hold 24.1 million share representing 21% holding in the cloud services developer.
Stilo International shares closed 7% higher at 3.75p each.
Shares in Stilo International fell nearly 11% after the company posted a decrease in revenue and profits for 2014. The IT services group said a reduction in software orders along with the shelving of a major conversation project by a European customer dented full-year pre-tax takings. Revenues fell
