(Alliance News) - Recruiter Staffline Group PLC has successfully completed the open offer part of its crucial fundraise, with over 100% of the shares being taken up.
At the end of June, Staffline said it would be raising up to GBP41 million, without which it could go out of business.
Staffline planned to place shares at 100 pence each to raise up to GBP34 million, and also said at the time it would carry out an open offer at the same time to raise another GBP7 million.
On Monday, Staffline said it had raised GBP7.0 million in the open offer, having received applications from 12.8 million shares, almost double the amount of shares under offer.
Shares were 1.9% lower on Monday at a price of 105.00 pence each.
