Sunrise Resources PLC - miner focused on operations in US state of Nevada and Western Australia - Pretax loss in six months to March 31 widens to GBP185,994 from GBP151,549 a year before. Administration costs grow to GBP165,581 from GBP149,642. Did not generate revenue in either period. Says focus remains on flagship CS Pozzolan-Perlite project in Nevada.
"In the first quarter of this period, we reported significant progress on our flagship CS industrial minerals project with a 500-ton bulk sample of pozzolan being mined and sent to an internationally recognised cement and ready-mix concrete company for testing and a 200-ton sample of horticultural-grade raw perlite mined and held for further processing," Chair Patrick Cheetham says.
